Manuscript Submission
Before submitting a manuscript to IJSPES, authors must carefully review the journal’s scope, language, originality, referencing, plagiarism and artificial intelligence requirements.
Online Submission and Author Registration
All manuscripts must be submitted through the official IJSPES online submission system. Submission by an unregistered user is not possible. Authors must first create an account and complete their author profile.

Essential Submission Requirements
English Language
IJSPES accepts manuscripts only in English. Authors must ensure that the manuscript is written in clear, grammatically correct and academically appropriate English.
Manuscripts submitted in languages other than English will not be considered.APA 7 Referencing
In-text citations and the reference list must be prepared in accordance with the 7th edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA 7).
Authors must verify the accuracy and consistency of every citation before submission.Recent Scholarly Literature
Authors should normally engage with and cite relevant scholarly articles published during the most recent three years. The reference list should reflect current research and contemporary developments in the subject area.
Seminal and historically important sources may also be cited where academically necessary.Turnitin Check
Before submission, authors must carefully screen the complete manuscript using Turnitin or another reliable similarity-detection system.
Authors should examine the full similarity report, correct improper attribution and ensure that every source is properly cited.Artificial Intelligence Use
Artificial intelligence tools may be used only for language editing and translation assistance. AI tools must not replace the author’s intellectual contribution, research, analysis, interpretation or conclusions.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality and integrity of the manuscript.Originality and Journal Scope
Authors should submit only original, unpublished scholarly work that falls within the stated aims and scope of IJSPES. The manuscript must not be under consideration by another journal.
Out-of-scope, previously published, duplicate or insufficiently original submissions may be rejected during editorial screening.Pre-Submission Checklist
- The manuscript is written entirely in academic English.
- The subject falls within the aims and scope of IJSPES.
- The submission is original and has not been published previously.
- The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.
- In-text citations and references comply with APA 7.
- Recent articles from the last three years have normally been considered.
- The manuscript has been thoroughly checked using Turnitin.
- Every quotation, idea, table, figure and data source is properly cited.
- AI was used only for permitted editing or translation assistance.
- All authors approved the manuscript and its submission to IJSPES.
- Author names, affiliations and contact information are accurate.
- All required ethical and conflict-of-interest statements are included.
