Boyukagha Mikayilli is an education expert, academic editor, researcher, and journalist with more than three decades of professional experience in educational development, scholarly publishing, and scientific communication. He graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Publishing with a specialization in International Journalism, Publishing and Editing. Since 1993, he has held editorial and leadership positions in academic journals, educational publications, and media organizations. He currently serves as Executive Secretary and Editorial Board Member of the scientific-methodical journal Preschool and Primary Education, published by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is also the Director of EDUCENTER Azerbaijan Educational Center and Coordinator of the scientific and analytical portal Informa.az. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous international academic projects, research visits, and professional development programs across Europe. Boyukagha Mikayilli has authored more than 1,200 scientific and journalistic publications and over 10 academic books. His research focuses on educational policy, comparative education, curriculum development, educational innovation, teacher professional development, academic publishing, and scientific communication.
