The International Journal of Social, Psychological and Educational Studies (IJSPES) is committed to editorial independence, transparent scholarly publishing, responsible use of technology, confidential peer review and the protection of personal information.
Artificial Intelligence Policy

Author Responsibility
Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity and reliability of every part of their manuscript, including any material prepared with AI assistance. Authors must verify all facts, citations, references, analyses and translations before submission.
Where AI assistance extends beyond routine spelling or grammar correction, authors should transparently disclose the name of the tool, its purpose and how it was used.
Editorial Independence
Independent Editorial Decision-Making
Editorial decisions at IJSPES are made independently and are based solely on academic merit, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, relevance to the journal’s scope and contribution to scholarly knowledge.
The publisher, sponsors, institutional partners, advertisers and other external parties may not interfere with manuscript evaluation, reviewer selection or final publication decisions.
- Decisions are based on scholarly quality
- Commercial influence is not permitted
- Conflicts of interest must be declared
- Reviewer independence is protected
- Authors receive equal and impartial treatment
- Editorial confidentiality is maintained
Submissions by Editors and Editorial Board Members
Special Procedure for Editor-Authored Manuscripts
Editors and members of the editorial board are permitted to submit manuscripts to IJSPES. However, they receive no preferential treatment and must satisfy the same academic and ethical requirements as all other authors.
When the Editor-in-Chief, an editor or an editorial board member is an author or co-author, that person is completely excluded from the manuscript’s editorial evaluation, reviewer selection, correspondence and final decision.
Responsibility for the submission is assigned to an independent editor who has no conflict of interest. The manuscript undergoes double-blind peer review by at least two independent external reviewers. The author-editor cannot access reviewer identities or confidential deliberations.
The final decision is made by an independent handling editor or another qualified member of the editorial leadership who is not connected to the manuscript.
